BEXBRIDES LTD – CLIENT CONTRACT

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions between the client (referred to as “you” or “the client”) and Bexbrides Ltd (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “Bexbrides”).

By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. BESPOKE WEDDING DRESS DESIGN

Payment Terms

A 60% non-refundable first payment is required upon booking to secure your order. This covers:

·       Initial consultation

·       Custom design (which remains the intellectual property of Bexbrides Ltd)

·       Cost of materials and fabric

·       The remaining 40% balance is due 28 days before the wedding date.

Postponement or Cancellation

·       In the event of a wedding postponement or cancellation, the full balance remains payable.

·       The design remains the property of Bexbrides Ltd and may not be reproduced or used elsewhere.

 Measurement & Fitting Policy

·       Initial measurements will be taken approximately 12 weeks before the wedding and used as a working guide.

·       Final measurements will be confirmed 8 weeks before the wedding.

·       Any significant body changes after the 8-week mark (e.g., weight fluctuations, medical changes) may result in additional charges for rework, recutting of pattern pieces, or extra materials.

·       Any changes to the design may be chargeable.

Health & Body Changes

·       Clients are asked to disclose if they are taking steroids, diabetes medications, or weight management drugs, as these can significantly affect body measurements.

·       A customised schedule of fittings can be agreed upon if time permits.

·       If major changes are requested after key deadlines, rush charges or redesign fees may apply.

2. BRIDAL ALTERATIONS

Payment Terms

·       Full payment for bridal alterations is due no later than 14 days before the wedding date.

Postponement or Cancellation

·       If the wedding is postponed or cancelled, the full invoice remains payable, regardless of whether all alteration appointments have taken place.

Measurement & Fitting Policy

·       Measurements will be taken approximately 12 weeks before the wedding and used as a guide.

·       Final measurements will be confirmed 8 weeks before the wedding.

·       If body shape or size changes after the 8-week point, additional work may incur extra charges for rework or additional materials.

Health & Body Changes

·       Clients are asked to inform Bexbrides Ltd if they are taking steroids, diabetes medications, or weight management drugs that may affect body size or shape.

·       A fitting schedule may be customised if time allows.

·       Last-minute changes may result in rush fees or redesign costs.

3. STORAGE POLICY

All garments will be stored free of charge until the wedding date.

After the wedding date, a storage fee of £25 per month will apply, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any items not collected within 6 months of last contact from the client will be considered abandoned and will become the property of Bexbrides Ltd. We reserve the right to dispose of or repurpose these items.

4. DESIGN OWNERSHIP & REPRODUCTION

All bespoke designs created by Bexbrides Ltd remain our intellectual property.

These designs may not be copied, reproduced, or used by any other person or business without our written consent.
